The General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament with regard to the processing of personal data and privacy for all individuals within the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA) came into force on May 25, 2018. GDPR replaces the 1995 EU Data Protection Directive and also supersedes the 1998 UK Data Protection Act. The GDPR applies to almost every organisation who are processing or holding data on EU residents and don’t have to be based in the EU to be bound by GDPR.
We are complying with the law and our security team is responsible for guarding all information that can link back to an individual, even IP addresses and web cookies. To protect public authorities and large-scale processors of personal data, we have appointed a designated Data Protection Officer (DPO).
Kindly send your GDPR related questions at and we’ll be happy to address them.
